Built on a real building site
Buildiary is a product of SMH Global Services. It grew out of managing a real house build, where the owner needed to see deliveries, payments and progress without standing on site every day.
Building a home is one of the biggest things a family pays for. Yet on most sites the record is a notebook, a few WhatsApp photos and the memory of the people involved. Material goes missing, bills don’t match deliveries, and the owner finds out late.
Buildiary changes that by recording each event where it happens: the delivery at the gate, the bag released to a mistri, the payment to a supplier, the slab that was cast. Each entry has a photo, a person and a time, so the owner and the builder work from the same facts.
The name Buildiary joins two words: build and diary. It is the site diary every good engineer keeps, now kept for the owner and the builder together, with a photo, a person and a time on every entry.
