AI
AI that reads and writes, so the site team types less
Buildiary uses AI where it saves typing on site: reading paper, writing out voice notes and drafting the owner's update. What it writes is marked, and a person checks it.

How AI is used
- AI is optional. It works when the AI service (Google Gemini) is switched on for the server. Without it everything else works, and the weekly update is built from a template.
- What the AI writes is marked as written by AI, and a person checks it before it is used.
- Only the photo, voice note or records needed for the task are sent to the AI service.
- AI can be wrong. Our terms say so, and the screens ask you to check.
