What is Buildiary?
Buildiary is a construction site management app for people building their own home and for builders running client sites. It records deliveries, the site store, payments, the budget, progress and the site team on the phone, in English, Urdu and Arabic. It is made by SMH Global Services.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Buildiary runs in the phone's browser: open your workspace address and add it to the home screen. An Android app is also available for site staff.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan and pay by bank transfer; we activate it as soon as we confirm the payment. Until then you can still sign in and see everything, and your data is kept.
Can my builder and site staff use it?
Yes. Each person gets their own sign-in, or a site card with a PIN, and sees only what their role needs.
Which languages does Buildiary support?
The app is in English, Urdu and Arabic, and each person chooses their own. Urdu and Arabic read right to left. This website is also in Bangla.
Is my data safe?
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, every change is recorded and backups run every night. You can export all your data at any time.
Can I use it for more than one project?
The Owner plan covers two projects and the Builder plan up to ten. Contact us if you need more.
Does it work for sites outside Pakistan and the Gulf?
Yes. Buildiary works for any site, in any country. Each project keeps its own currency and time zone, and plans can be paid in USD.
Does Buildiary use AI?
Only where it saves typing, such as reading bills and writing out voice notes, and only when the AI service is switched on. A person checks what it writes. The AI page shows what is live and what is planned.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. The demo has three sample projects and six people you can sign in as, with no sign-up.
